Who we are
This page is operated by Wealthcraft Limited, a company registered in Cyprus, trading as AVENVYR ("we"). Registered office: Anatolis 8, Agios Athanasios, 4106 Limassol, Cyprus. Company registration number: HE474146. Contact for anything about your data: avenvyr@avenvyr.com.
What we collect
The details you enter in the form: store web address, the pages you want checked, your name, business email address, role, the countries you sell to, team-size, turnover and balance-sheet bands, e-commerce platform, your answers to the two questions about follow-up and a paid audit, and the time of your request. For abuse prevention we also store a one-way, daily-changing hash derived from your IP address; we do not store the IP address itself.
Why and on what legal basis
(1) To handle your request for a free scan and contact you about it - steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). (2) To decide whether a request is within the scope of this test and to count requests for our own evaluation, and to prevent abuse - our legitimate interest in running and measuring this service safely (Art. 6(1)(f)). (3) Only if you tick the optional box: to send you information about the paid audit - your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting earlier processing.
Scanning your pages
We only check the public pages you list, and only after reviewing your request. Nothing behind a login is accessed.
Who receives your data
No one buys or receives your data from us. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this page and our database as our processor; your request is stored in a database located in the European Union. Cloudflare may process connection data outside the EU under its data processing terms and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Your form details are not given to any AI system.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after this test ends, unless you ask us to erase it sooner or it is needed longer to establish or defend legal claims.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time - email avenvyr@avenvyr.com. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or to the data protection authority in your own country.
Is providing data required?
The store address and a business email address are needed to handle your request; without them we cannot run or deliver a scan. Everything else helps us check the request is within scope.
Automated decisions
A simple automated rule marks whether a request is within the scope of this test (for example EU sales and business size). It has no legal or similarly significant effect on you, and a person reviews every request before any scan is run.
